PolarFire Family of Secure FPGAs and SoC FPGAs 


PolarFire SoC and PolarFire FPGAs represent the industry's most advanced secure programmable FPGAs built with layers of security in hardware, design and data. 

All PolarFire FPGA family members (PolarFire, PolarFire SoC and RT PolarFire FPGAs) embed design security features. Additionally, certain data security-enabled devices allow you to design with the embedded Athena F5200B crypto-coprocessor and include a Rambus CRI countermeasure patent portfolio indemnification, allowing you to design high-speed side-channel resistant cryptographic functionality in the FPGA fabric or on embedded processors.

Ordering Data Security FPGAs and SoC FPGAs


Data Security devices are denoted by an “S” in the root part number. For example, MPF300T-FCVG484I contains design security features whereas MPF300TS-FCVG484I contains both design security and data security features. All extended commercial, industrial and automotive temperature-grade PolarFire FPGA family members have an export classification of 5a992.c.
