Our MOST technology E-O converters support Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) testing of MOST technology-based devices in an EMC chamber. We offer two variants: one for MOST150 coax full duplex and one for MOST150 coax dual simplex.
One of the MOST150 E-O converters in the set connects electrically to MOST technology network devices outside of the EMC test chamber (this MOST150 E-O Converter is connected to a power supply and automatically charges the rechargeable batteries that are assembled inside) while the other MOST150 E-O converter connects electrically to the MOST technology network DUT inside the chamber. The network is completed when an optical connection is made between the two MOST150 E-O converters.
The MOST150 E-O Converter Duplex is a set of two devices that isolates a MOST150 coax DUT operating on MOST150 coax full duplex Physical Layer (PHY) during a functional EMC/ESD network test by converting the electrical MOST PHY into an optical PHY network and vica versa.
The MOST150 E-O Converter Simplex is a set of two devices that isolates a MOST150 coax DUT operating on MOST150 coax dual simplex PHY during a functional EMC/ESD network test by converting the electrical MOST PHY into an optical PHY network and vica versa.
The MOST50 E-O converter is a tool to validate EMC and operational electrostatic discharge (ESD) behaviors of a MOST50 ePHY Device Under Test (DUT).
