To use existing optical MOST150 tools/devices in systems that are based on a coax electrical Physical Layer (cPHY), you can integrate our MOST150 C-O converters into the coaxial network. You can then connect the optical MOST150 tools/devices to the optical interface of the MOST150 C-O converter using the delivered optical MOST technology cable. The MOST150 C-O converter indicates whether power is connected and the MOST technology signal is detected.
Please note that our MOST150 C-O converters are not qualified for automotive applications. Typical use cases for our MOST150 C-O converters are validation, testing and verification in a controlled environment like a laboratory.
